MAP products are created using advanced additive manufacturing — a production method unlike traditional machining, where each part is formed from 316L stainless steel powder, one thin layer at a time.

An individual putter head can consist of hundreds of layers. This layer-based process allows fine details, surface relief, and precise geometry to be created directly from the digital model.

Because the part is built from powder rather than cut from a solid block, material waste can be kept exceptionally low. Powder that is not used to form the final part can be recovered and reused in the process, making additive manufacturing well suited for made-to-order production.
